Feeding Instructions
Your cat's food requirements may vary from the feeding guide. Adjust food quantities as necessary to maintain optimal body condition. During the last three weeks of pregnancy and while nursing, mothers will require two to three times their normal daily food intake.
When feeding Performatrin Ultra for the first time, a gradual change from your cat's current food will minimize digestive upset. For the first 5-10 days, gradually increase the proportion of Performatrin Ultra Grain-Free Original Recipe Cat Food and decrease that of your current cat food.

Performatrin salmon duck and chicken dry
I bought this particular brand of dry cat food because it was recommended for her when I first purchased her from the pet store she will not eat any other type of dry food but this kind it’s very nutritious for her and if she wants more and I’m not there to give it to her she will eat it during the day I think this is one of the better quality dry foods for cats

Ultra- Grain free original cat food.
I have been buying this for 3 years from my local Pet Super Market, but they have been out of and on when I go to purchase. I decided to order online to assure that I had it on hand when my cats were out. I ordered two bags upon opening the first bag it smelled horrible bad very fishy. A few days later one cat started vomiting and the other one stopped eating completely for two days. I removed all the food from that bag that was placed in their cat feeders, opened the second bag and the one that stopped eating began to eat again, which leads me to believe something was off with that bag, like I mentioned it had a horrible smell nothing like the smell that I’ve smelled before. After 3 years of buying this food for my cats I will no longer buy again as I don’t want to waste money on purchasing another of what I believe was tainted.

My furr baby loves it!!
We have been feeding my baby this food ever since it was put on the market!! Prior to this, we fed him Natural Choice. He has never turned his nose up at this!! Cats can be so finicky, you know! But he still loves this food today! That and his Greenies( hairball treats). He goes crazy over both! Also place NaturVet pumkin hairball aide chews mixed in his food. Makes a world of difference where hairballs are concerned! They have been non-existant since!

This is the only cat food my cats will eat. I have tried them all. They don't even carry it in my area and I have to have it shipped. However, the program to order the food and the fact that they changed the picture and cost made it very difficult to order. Had it not been for the patient customer service man who was on the phone with me for about 20 minutes helping me order it, I would have given up. Thank you.

Great…but inconsistent size and flavor
My cats love this, but in the last 2 years
I noticed that there are times when I open a fresh bag and they won’t go near it. After some investigation I noticed that some bags have much small pieces that are lighter in color. They are not expired- it could just be a bad batch? They wont go near it. I have to get a new bag and if I am lucky-it’s the correct sizing/ flavor and I can mix them.
I wonder if anyone else has noticed this inconsistency?
