Shipping & Returns


Pet Supermarket ships products Monday – Saturday to the contiguous 48 states. Orders are typically shipped the day after they are received. However, please allow up to 2 days for processing of orders containing dog and cat food. Orders made online after Saturday at 12:00pm noon through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Pet Supermarket ships packages through FedEx.

Free Shipping over $49 *Exclusions Apply

Qualifying orders of $49 or more at the subtotal level (after coupons have been applied and prior to any applicable taxes) ship via standard delivery for free to delivery addresses that are within a state where there is a Pet Supermarket store location. All orders under $49 ship for flat rate $4.99 ground shipping if the delivery address is within a state that has a Pet Supermarket store location. If there is no Pet Supermarket store located in the state where an order is being shipped to, then the shipping cost will be $9.99. Restrictions apply and will be noted during Checkout.

Express shipping options are currently not available at this time.


In-store Returns

In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase to a Pet Supermarket store. For purchases with a receipt, you will receive a refund for the amount paid. For in-store returns without a receipt, you will receive an in-store credit.

Online purchases may also be returned in store. Returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. The packing slip included with your online order is required to make the return.

Pet Supermarket is not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by Pet Supermarket. Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee.

Note: All VIP Rewards Points earned on purchases that are subsequently returned will be deducted from a customer’s total Points balance in your VIP account.
