Our Pollock is antibiotic, hormone and chemical free. Combined with the digestive properties of Sun Ripened California Pumpkins Earthborn Holistic Venture Grain Free LID Alaska Pollock & Pumpkin is an ideal diet for dogs of all ages and sizes.

Feeding Instructions

Serve dry, or mix with water to increase aroma for your dog. We recommend using this chart as a daily feeding guideline for your adult dog, dividing the listed amount into two meals. These guidelines should be adjusted based upon your dog's body condition, life stage, exercise and activity level and environmental temperature. It is important to maintain your pet's body condition for their long-term overall health. This keeps him regular and I don’t have to mix in anything for him to enjoy it. I’m on my third bag so it’s definitely a keeper.

I did not want to put him on immunosuppressive medication and was determined to find a Food that would heal him. I tried nine others before I found this. He has gained 40 pounds and his skin looks great! I believe my dog is allergic to all meat and gluten. He also loves it!

He had severe rash over his torso and belly. And infections between his toes and under his arm pits. We had used this dog food in the past with an allergy dog with great success, so we decided to try it again. Our dog is doing great!! His rash cleared up and he has more energy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Healthy ingredients = happy dog I purchased the Venture Alaska Pollock Meal & Pumpkin 16 lb bag after feeding my 1 year old dog the samples from another Pet Supermarket. He was being picky with the previous kibbles, which were the same ones the humane society had been feeding him, so I had the Venture samples laying around. My dog ate both bags! It was really hard to find where to buy Venture, so I was happy to find out Pet Supermarkets have them in different flavors and sizes. After a few weeks of feeding him the new food from Venture, a lot of people and I have noticed his fur coat is softer and he doesn't smell. I am very pleased with the food and my dog loves it. Oh! And the bag is made eco-friendly? which is really cool.

I have a 4yo, 85lb Boxer/AmStaff mix. When he was about 1.5 he started with the enviro allergies (#1 grasses - we're in FL). Ffwd as his enviro allergies continued resistant to meds, his food allergies grew/intensified. I hv spent 100s of hrs researching, talking to ppl bc vets just werent helping. I knew for sure he's allergic to chicken, other poultry, peas, lentils, sweet potatoes; & has constant yeast infections (thought was just allergies bit that was part of self-ed) which meant cutting out potatoes & binding starches too. I felt like I either tried or researched every food out there (almost EVERYTHING has peas/lentils). I just couldnt afford raw diet full time. The 1 dehydrated brand I found discontinued next trip. Stopped In a PetSupermarket after striking out at other places & 2reps literally searched every option.& 1 found: Earthborn Venture Alaskan Pollock! None of his major allergens! He's been on it 3mos now & it's been FABULOUS! Just found a holistic vet in the rural area we moved & she confirmed what worsened his situation, & gave us a thumbs up on his supplements & food. She said the next step would hv been raw diet or Prescription. I'm so thankful, but I really wish there was more than 1 protein source that doesn't use peas. At least that's easy enough to add in some other meats as long as I know he's getting the right balance nutrition!
