Veiled chameleons are sexually dimorphic. Males will generally grow a taller crest than females. Also once they are acclimated they will eat insects from the owners fingers. Males average adult length is 20-24 inches, while females average adult length is only 14-20 inches, with a life span of 10 years.
Feeding Instructions
Veiled chameleons have a diet of appropriate sized crickets, mealworms and finely chopped greens. Adults eat 50/50 of each. All insects should be dusted with calcium D3 and vitamin mix before feeding. Their leaves and branches should be misted daily for water as they will not readily drink out of a water bowl.Habitat and Care

Veiled chameleons require a dry style set-up. Cool temp of 70 degrees and basking spot of 95 degrees. UV lighting is a must. Branches need a good diameter so that their fingers and toes can grow properly.Product Description
