Air build up
Purchased the Magniflow 360 in August 2018 & to this date 12/21/18 am still having air build up & bubble discharge. After following all possible solutions,including replacing and lubricating gaskets , issue has not been resolved. The only thing I haven’t done is to replace impeller

360 Magniflow
Hooked up the Magniflow 360 one week ago for a 55 gal freshwater tank. has kept the tank very clean. Biological is establishing, so water changes are necessary for ammonia level control. Extremely quiet! and efficient.

So far, one of the best filters I ever purchased
I purchased a Marineland C160 filter about three weeks to replaced a Fluval 204. So far the filter has been functioning great. I gave up on Fluval! I had 2 Fluval filters gone bad on me in the last three years. The price I paid for my Marineland C160 is half of the Fluval 204. I really like how it functions and its extremely quiet.

BEST FILTER EVER!
I JUST BOUGHT MY SECOND I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE FIRST MARINELAND 360 FOR MY 75 GALLON MARINELAND TANK, SO I NOT GOT A NEW 56 GALLON MARINELAND TANK AND I BOUGHT THE SAME FILTER! SUPER QUIET! EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! IT REALLY KEEPS MY TANK CRYSTAL CLEAR!

Great filter, but it could be much better!
Easy to set up and easy to maintain I really like my Magniflow C-220. The only major issue I have is that the intake and exhaust pipes are WAY too short. Marineland should offer a custom pipe kit like we used to be able to get with the Magnum series. The intake is too short to get far enough down in a deep tank and the outlet is so shallow is causes massive splashing everywhere. Come on Marineland, would a couple of plastic extensions be too difficult to fix a majorly annoying problem with an otherwise superb filter system?

Poor instructions
We bought a C360 for our new 75 gallon tank. This is our first canister type filter. We followed the quick start instructions to the letter. Filled the tank with water, primed until we heard flow, turned it on, and water spewed everywhere, all over our living room. Should I mention we just installed new flooring in the living room? After some investigating, we found a video that mentions a gasket that is NOT mentioned anywhere in the quick start guide. Terrible terrible oversight by whoever wrote that guide. This is an incredibly important step that they left out of the instructions! Looking forward to the water damage on our new floor. It better work when we start it up again tomorrow, this time with the unmentioned gasket in place.
