Classic Nutri-Berries bird food is a nutritionally complete foraging food for cockatiels and similarly sized parrots. Choose Nutri-Berries for balanced nutrition in a fun-to-eat food that’s full of flavor. Nutri-Berries offer the same nutrition as pellets and also take twice as long to eat, encouraging important foraging behavior. Lafeber’s non-GMO and human-grade ingredients include pellets, hulled seeds, nuts, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants that can help cockatiels live a long, healthy life. Holding and pulling apart the berrie promotes your bird’s foot health, and works his tongue, beak, and brain. Give a fresh bowl each day as a complete food or as a nutritious snack. Based in the farmlands of Illinois, Lafeber uses only high-quality ingredients.

Feeding Instructions

Offer a fresh serving of Classic Nutri-Berries to your cockatiel daily, placing in a clean food dish. Feed as much food as your think your bird will eat in a 12-hour period (about 10 to 12 Nutri-Berries). As the main source of nutrition, feed 80% Nutri-Berries of the total diet and 20% fresh fruit and veggies. Always provide plenty of clean, fresh water. For more foraging fun, “hide” some Nutri-Berries in other places where your cockatiel enjoys hanging out. Be sure your bird finds these within the day!
