Pet Supermarket ships products Monday – Thursday to the contiguous 48 states. Orders are typically shipped the day after they are received. However, please allow up to 2 days for processing of orders containing dog and cat food. Orders made online after Thursday at 8am through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Pet Supermarket ships packages through FedEx.
Free Shipping over $49
Qualifying orders that are $49 or more at the subtotal level after coupons have been applied and prior to any applicable taxes ship via standard delivery for free. This is automatically applied to your order. All orders under $49 ship for a flat rate $4.99 ground shipping. Restrictions apply and will be noted during Checkout.
Express Shipping Options
Express shipping options are available including FedEx 2Day® and FedEx Standard Overnight. FedEx 2Day® costs $23.99 and FedEx Standard Overnight costs $34.99. However, these orders are still subject to processing time and do not ship Friday – Sunday.
Purchases made online can be returned in store. For online returns, please contact customer service at 1-866-434-1990 or email at email@example.com. Returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise.
Pet Supermarket is not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by Pet Supermarket. Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee.
