Cats Love It!
I bought this fountain a couple years ago. Two cats were afraid, but got over, one wasn't bothered by it, and another fell in love. I have no regrets buying.
However, in the last year, a few of the plastic parts have been starting to break. I'd love to replace them without buying an entirely new fountain. The only ones needing replacing are the anchors for the fountain attachment covering the pump and the piece that the water comes out of and can adjust the flow.
Because these are breaking, it's making it hard to keep the fountain from coming undone, especially when my oldest cat decides to splash or crash into the fountain when he charges in for a drink.

terrible, much worse than the plastic
This is so awkward to use, you can barely match up the pressurized water with the base of the filter, the clips are too weird and stiff to even use. You can never tell if water is low or high. I've used their fountains for 20 years and this one is terrible.

Couldnt put together.
Parts seemed to be decent quality, but the only option for attaching the pump was suction cups which would not stick no matter what i tried. So 2 stars.

Not all it’s cracked up to be
I’ve had two of these over a 12 year period and both rusted up pretty quickly despite being washed weekly.
These are very time consuming to clean properly and it’s a total hassle to explain this to someone who is cleaning your place. They basically look at you like you are the devil. The second one I bought, the motor died after about two months. The second motor is working fine about 2 years in.
Other parts break easily and it isn’t so user friendly lining up the part the water will be shooting out of with the top piece.
You basically are doing it blindly.
At 42 I have an early onset arthritis from an autoimmune condition and I am unable to pull parts of this apart myself in order to clean it. I think that is troublesome.
We all know us middle age and older ladies love our cats lol.
I never found this water dish easy to clean, fill, carry, or anything else for that matter, but I did it because my cats liked it. But if I can’t keep it sanitary then what’s the point?

Love the fountain; clips break
We’ve had this fountain since October 2020. The cats love it. I cleaned it once a week. I’ve had to buy more clips, and now I need to buy more. It’s not easy to buy the clips.The clips need a redesign. Maybe not plastic? I’m going to buy a different fountain, and it will not be made by this company.
