it is cooling, but my dog still prefers the tiled floor. not sure if she needs more time to feel comfortable using it

Moldy product
Very disappointed. I bought the pad last year and used it for my dogs just once. I put it away in the original box in a plastic tote. Two days ago I got it out and it had some greenish spots and an awful moldy smell. I cleaned it hoping that spots and odor would go away. Today, I threw it away. I don’t remember how I paid for it at the pet store, but it wasn’t cheap. What a waste of my money.

perfect for summer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older all black dog and she over heats so easily. These have been life savers for her. We keep them outside in a shady area of the patio and she can lay there and enjoy being outside. She used to do the fun inside outside inside outside dance all day now she just hangs out until she’s ready to come back in!

Amazing idea!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be 100% honest I stole this cooling pad away from my dog and use it in the garden as a pad. it's soooo genius and really stays cool like it states. I really like how it doesn't condensate and get all dirty.

Dog loves it but it leaks
I’m really disappointed because I’ve bought 3 of the large size cooling pads and they all end up leaking through the side seams. After reading the 1-Year Warranty, I see that I need to have receipt or still have the product in order to exercise warranty. I don’t save all of my receipts and I threw the pad out when it started leaking. So now that? Am I just s.o.l.?
It’s a shame because it •does• keep my pup cool and he likes it, but the leaking problem really can’t be ignored.
