My dogs seemed to really like this one at first, they are small bites which I think is better for them. (I have dachshunds) and one of my dogs is super picky if the kibbles are “too big”. I would recommend this brand!

My pup loves her food. When I first adopted her she was eating Nutro Wholesome Essentials Small Bites Farm Raised Chicken, Brown Rice & Sweet Potato Recipe Adult Dog Food but seemed to have an allergy. After switching to this her itching stopped & her coat began to shine (since she was a stray previously).

Anyone who knows my dog knows that she not only always hungry, but also picky. We started her on this food YEARS ago after it was recommended by our vet. Abby is always dancing around her bowl waiting at meal time. She loves their lamb recipe!

We only feed our pups nutro. If you take minute and read the ingredients and nutrition facts there is so much good in it and they both very much enjoy the flavor. I would totally recommend it to others it keeps their fur nice and healthy and keep their weight healthy and I never question the nutrients they get. Our vet was pleased with our food selection and it is a very good price for all you get in comparison to some of the pricier options.

My girls love this food, even my picky one! I prefer to feed them grain inclusive vs grain free and lamb over chicken due to skin issues. We’ve been using this for several months, with no complains!

This is a dig food that I feel really good about giving to both of my dogs. The small bites work well for both my 25lb pup and my 60lb dog. The ingredients are easy to understand, and I love that they offer a poultry free flavor for my dog with food sensitivity.

We feed our Labradoodle and our Toy Poodle Nutro Small Bites Adult Lamb and Rice Recipe. Both of our dogs truly love it and it has not messed with their digestive system at all. It's not the cheapest brand but I believe you get what you pay for and my dogs deserve it. We are Nutro customers for life!

This is the only dry dog food that I can get my picky little dog to eat consistently. I have it on monthly delivery (small size, 5lbs i think). He likes the lamb or the chicken.

I buy this for my dog that has a sensitive stomach. Many treats and foods give him diarrhea. This has been a great solution for him. It doesn't upset his stomach and has a great grain/protein ratio.

I've bought our Lab/Beagle dog the Nutro Lamb and Rice little bites for over 10 years and he still eats like a puppy. We switch to Nutro brands due to his skin issues and just changing his diet gave him a lot of relief.

My lab's favorite
My dog has been on it since she was a puppy. Her coat is fabulous and my vet keeps telling me how healthy she is at 5 years old. I get lots of compliments of her being so shiny. I would recommend this if your dog doesn't do well on chunky dry food. She does way better on these small bites then the regular nutro. Would love some new flavors in the small bites, as she is not a fan of the chicken one. We love our nutro.

Happy dogs!
Just bought our second bag of this food for our Australian Cattle Dog and Labrador/Black and Tan Coonhound mix. They refuse to eat large kibble, so small bites are perfect. When we first brought it in, we were. Concerned they would overeat as the devoured their bowls. They absolutely love this food. Both of them seem to have a lot less stomach issues with this and their coats are gorgeous. Our Lab had spots where his. Hair was gone on stomach and chest and that has all grown back.

Dog threw up nightly on this food
Lucy our 7 year old 15 pound Rat Terrier became ill shortly after switching her to the Lamb and Rice small bites Nutro product. At least once a night she would get up and make a honking / coughing noise and throw up a yellow flem. Also, she was licking and biting at her paws. We switched her to Nutro because her prior food was no longer being offered and this was the closest ingredient and nutrient formula available. As soon as we took her off this food she quickly recovered and has not been sick or licked/bit at her paws since.

He Love It!
My border collie has been eating this for about a year now and I absolutely love it. He has very sensitive skin and this is the first food in awhile that he has been able to tolerate without getting itchy and dry skin. It keeps his coat shiny, he's maintained a good weight, and he really seems to enjoy the taste. It also saves from me having to buy the expensive stuff from the vet which I am super happy about. I would definitely recommend this for anyone whose dog has sensitive skin, it's worth a try.

Reasonably priced and the shiniest black coat
My hound/pointer mix has been enjoying this food for a year and a half now. We often get asked what food she eats because her coat is so shiny. She maintains a good weight on it and we don't worry about allergies with this food either. I highly recommend it.

Loving this food!
I have 2 rescue chihuahuas..one is 4 and the other 8 yrs old..the 8 yr old would avoid following the kids upstairs and when he did it would take him 5 minutes to get up them and would often stop halfway, well we are 2 bags into the nutro small bite lamb and rice and he is bolting up and down those stairs and has the energy of a puppy..its amazing! I have always given them quality dog food but this one has made a huge difference..its my keeper!!

Excellent food for atopic Cairn
I have a Cairn Terrier, who suffers from Atopic Dermatitis. In addition, certain foods also do not agree with him. After coming down with a serious and very seldom autoimmune problem which was successfully treated last summer, my Vet recommended putting him on a limited ingredients diet due to my Cairns over reactive immune responses to just about everything. He mentioned Nutro Limited Ingredients, Lamb and Rice as an alternative to a Prescription dog food. I studied the labels of both options and decided to go with Nutro. Thank you! He is doing very well on this food.He has a ton of energy, firm stools. I appreciate the exclusion of Probiotics (friendly bacteria) in this food. My Cairn has an adverse reaction to them resulting in very loose stools and horrible gas. In the winter time, when we have to shorten our long walks in the Rocky Mountains, I switch him to the "Light Version" of Lamb and Rice to prevent weight gain. He loves this food as well and is a happy, slim, energetic dog.
Highly recommended, this is an excellent "no frills" but nutritious food. We are sticking with this.

My German Shepherd LOVES this food!
My sweet girl is a bit intolerant of certain ingredients, so we switched her over to this. She absolutely loves it! She can't wait for her meals! Ever since she's been on it, we've noticed her coat is shinier, she's stopped having digestive issues, and seems healthier overall. Thanks so much for such a great product!

Diet Small Bites :lamb and rice
We have been using this product for about 6 years now for both of our dogs; a 3 lb. Yorkshire terrier and a 17 lb. miniature schnauzer. Not only do they love this product, but it keeps their teeth clean and breath pleasant. Their weight has always been optimal and health excellent. They also never have stomach issues.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful product for our loving animals.
