Q. How can I check on the status of my account?
A. You may access your account information online right here at the Pet Supermarket website, just click on the V.I.P. link. You will be asked to register the first time you sign on for your security. Once you enter the site, you will be able to access all of your VIP account activity.
Q. I buy small bags of cat food and big bags of dog food. I know that after ten purchases, I earn the smallest product by weight. I want keep these purchases separate so that I can take advantage of the largest size I buy of each. Can I do that?
A. Yes. You will have the option of either combining your dog and cat food purchases for quicker redemption, or keeping them separate to control the size of the free product you seek to earn. You may change your choice for this option online at any time.
Q. How do I change my account information?
A. If you move or change phone numbers (for example), you can update your account information online right here at our website (just click on the VIP link) or by filling out a change of information form at any Pet Supermarket location.
Q. What if I always buy a large bag, but circumstances compel me to buy a smaller bag on a particular visit ? I do not want this to count towards my ten purchases because my goal is to earn a large bag. What can I do?
A. If you are making any purchase that you do not wish to count towards your ten bag goal, do not have your VIP card scanned during this transaction.
Q. How will I receive my free bag?
A. Once you've made the qualifying purchases, we will automatically send you a voucher for your free bag to the current address you?ve provided.
Q. What if I lose my VIP card?
A. We will have your account information on file. Replacement cards will be issued upon account verification. The purchase information in your account will remain intact.
