Ground shipping is free on all orders over $49! Orders under $49 ship via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $6.99.
Please note certain heavy items are excluded from both free and flat-rate shipping.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.  As soon as your order is processed for shipment, you will receive an automated tracking number via email from UPS.  This email will contain a link to the UPS web site where you can track your package online.

Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please call us at 1-866-434-1990 or email us at customerservice@petsupermarket.com to obtain an RMA (Return Authorization Number).  Returns must be be processed within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.  You can also return any purchases to your local Pet Supermarket store.  Simply bring the item and your receipt to the store and the sales staff will be happy to process your return.  Pet Supermarket is not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier.  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part. Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a 20% repackaging fee.
