FREE PET FOOD FOR A YEAR MOBILE RULES
- Pet Supermarket will not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number.
- One entry per mobile phone device.
- No purchase necessary.
- Contest is only eligible to people in the United States.
- Winner announced via text message and/or phone call to mobile phone.
- By submitting your mobile phone number, you grant permission to be contacted by Pet Supermarket or
an Administrator via phone or text message.
- By entering the contest you agree to receive offers and discount coupons from Pet Supermarket.
- Messages sent to and Pet Supermarket are identified by the SHORTCODE, 65047, meaning our messages
will come from the number 65047.
- No purchase is necessary, but standard text message rates may apply.
- You can opt out of messaging by texting "STOP" to 65047. If you opt out your entry will be eliminated.
- If using the online entry form method, you still need a two-way text messaging capable handset in order to
participate in the contest.
- In case of a dispute, our decisions are final. We may disqualify ineligible entrants or those who
tamper with the entry process. We are not responsible for any factor affecting the availability or
performance of the text messaging service. We may cancel or modify the contest or provide an alternate prize.
- Prizes will be delivered as a set of vouchers for pet food. A year of dog or cat food equals one bag of dog
food (up to 20 lbs.), one bag of cat food (up to 10 lbs.) or one case of dog or cat food, per month, for one year.
- Limited one prize per person/household. All prizes will be awarded "as is".
- All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of
residence, prize will be awarded to his/her parent/legal guardian. All potential winners are subject to
verification of eligibility. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in
his/her state of residence) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize
Acceptance Form within two (2) days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the
designated time, or there is a return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, he/she will be
disqualified and an alternate will be selected. Upon disqualification, no further compensation will be given.
- Restrictions: Winners may make no substitution or transfer of prizes and prizes are not exchangeable
for cash. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
- Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to Pet Supermarket and its agents to use the winner's name
and/or likenesses, prize information, photograph, voice, comments for purposes of advertising and trade
without further notice, permission, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- If you send your entry via text message, prize will be awarded to the name corresponding to the phone
number from which the text message originated. If you send your entry via online entry, prize will be
awarded to the name corresponding to the phone number and/or email address submitted on the entry.
- Pet Supermarket employees are not eligible to win.
